Description

A splendid Victorian glass Primrose Pearline pedestal cake plate. Made by the British company Davidson around 1900, it was part of their Primrose Pearline range. This pattern is known as 'Lord and Ladies' by American collectors.  The lemon colour was produced by adding uranium to the mixture. The plate glows magnificently under black light. 

Pearline glass was produced between 1889 to 1914.

It is in very good condition.
